The increasing interest in digital twin technology, the digitalization of worn-out social overhead capital (SOC), and disaster management services has augmented usage 3D spatial models information to manage infrastructure. In this study, a subterranean utility tunnel was created, objects were identified using inbuilt image sensors. novelty lies development unique algorithm that breaks down structure into points, lines, planes, identifying multimodal sensor incorporates light detection ranging (LiDAR) technology. three main conclusions study are following: First, constructed building modeling integrated with geographic system (BIM-GIS). Second, method for extracting defined. Third, image-sensor-based segmentation random sample consensus (RANSAC) applied. process, supplementary updating analyzed improved. developed tested point cloud data, showing easier object classification more precise LiDAR data.
